Next of Kin

Jay's sister Joni closed on her first home a couple weeks back and I know her family has been dying to see the pics so I asked her if she would like me to post them here. She said that was fine so those of you who usually tune in to see the girls will have to allow this slight interruption. We are very proud of Joni. She has a terrific job here in town and recently stumbled onto an amazing townhouse. With the help of a fabulous Realtor and her brother Jay who know mortgages like no other she was able to seal the deal! She's just about moved in and a recent housewarming gift from the family made things all the more homier!

View from eating area to front door. On either side of the door is the 1/2 bath and a linen closet. The master bedroom/bath suite is also on the first floor.

Upstairs is an amazing loft area. There are two bedrooms, as well as a full bath upstairs. Where Joni is standing looks down onto the front door/foyer area.

A BRAND NEW TV! Joni is quite the avid movie, tv, Clemson football watcher and what could be more perfect than a new tube to watch them on? All her family chipped in to surprise her with the new television. The girls enjoyed watching Mary Poppins on there tonight when we went for a visit.
