Well we're back! We spent a glorious week at Surfside beach last week with my parents, Uncle Brian and Jay. We had the greatest weather ever, all week, and the girls had a fabulous time. We did nothing but play on the beach, eat, nap, play some more, and sleep. We didn't go anywhere except for breakfast twice at a pancake house and Sonic three times for milkshakes. It was the simple way to vacation and we came home with over 200 pictures! A lot of the pics are the same but sometimes the bathing suits change! The girls were so good and both enjoyed the sand and surf. I look forward to doing it again next summer. As soon as we got there Saturday afternoon KJ settled in to rest. We had a long trip that I won't get into the details of but rest assured we didn't make the same mistake on the way home!
Georgia became a champion walker this past week. She had a huge deck to practice on. I love this picture because it makes her feet look so small. It's amazing to see her teetering around on such petite feet!
The first night we got there we walked down to the beach. There were lots of people and it was fun because you could tell everyone had just gotten into town and were excited to be on the beach for vacation.
Katie Jo immediately ran around in the water.
And her dress came off. This pose reminds me of Forrest Gump!
Big jumper! My favorite shot of her is the one at the top of the blog!
Isn't this such a sweet picture of Georgia and Uncle Brian?

The first full day I didn't even take pics that morning. These are from the afternoon which was our favorite time to get out. No one was around and the sun wasn't so brutal.
These are from Day 3, Monday. Don't you love the sunglasses? Uncle B bought them for Georgia. She wore them a lot, surprisingly.
